Was wir speichern

Account: name, email, hashed password, role.
Tracking: weight, steps, gym sessions, food log entries, and the timestamps you logged them.
Gamification: XP totals, level, streak counters.
Events: which events you joined, when, and any challenge results submitted (including judge approval state).
Duels: open challenges you created, joined, or submitted to, plus confirmations and disputes.
Payments: Stripe session id, amount, currency, status. Card data is held by Stripe, never by us.
Subscriptions (if you subscribe to Premium): Stripe subscription id and status. Cancelling is one click in the billing portal.
Notifications: which alerts have been delivered to your inbox and whether they've been read.
Analytik: aggregierte GA4-Events, keine personenbezogenen Daten ausser einer Session-Client-ID.

Your rights (GDPR / nDSG)

Data export: download a JSON copy of everything we hold about you at /profile/export.
Account deletion: use the delete button in your profile. Your account is soft-deleted and personal fields (name, email) are anonymised so historical leaderboards stay intact. Hard-deletion on request via privacy@lifevit.local.
Email opt-out: manage which transactional emails we send from your profile. Inbox notifications stay on so you can find your duels.
Subject access requests we can't serve through the export tool — same email, 30-day response window.

Cookies

Essential session cookies for login and CSRF protection. GA4 cookies only when analytics is enabled (see banner). No advertising trackers. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page it hosts.

Data processors

Stripe — payment + subscription processing.
Hostinger — application + database hosting (EU region).
Google (GA4) — analytics, when enabled.
